In an e-mail poll of Arbor Age subscribers, conducted Oct. 20-27, respondents clearly favored John McCain in Tuesday's Presidential election. Respondents were also more confident in McCain to handle the current financial crisis, and, regardless of for whom they plan to vote, respondents overwhelmingly feel that McCain better understands the issues facing the tree care industry.

In an e-mail poll of Arbor Age subscribers, conducted Oct. 20-27, respondents clearly favored John McCain in Tuesday’s Presidential election. Respondents were also more confident in McCain to handle the current financial crisis, and, regardless of for whom they plan to vote, respondents overwhelmingly feel that McCain better understands the issues facing the tree care industry. This poll is exclusive to arborage.wpengine.com and the Arbor Age Alert e-newsletter, and was conducted to get a feel for whether the views of tree care industry business owners mirror those of the voting public at large, as well as to determine which political topics are of utmost importance to those within the industry (not surprisingly, the economy is the number 1 item on everyone’s mind).
