Samson, a leader in high-performance cordage, celebrates 25 employees who have worked for the company for 30 or more years. In recognition of the significant milestones, dinners were held in the respective hometowns of each manufacturing facility: Bellingham (Ferndale), Wash., and Lafayette, La.
Samson attributes the longevity of their employees to the daily practice of the company’s core values that emphasize passion, pride, service, quality, innovation, integrity, teamwork, and safety. From the manufacturing floor to the offices, Samson employees are considered valuable contributors and cornerstones to the success of the 130-year-old company.“As we continue to grow and add more members to the Samson team, we are proud of the fact that the average length of service is 10 years and 20 percent of our employees have been with us more than 20 years,” said Samson’s President Tony Bon. “We are pleased to honor these special employees and thank them for their loyalty and commitment. It’s important that we keep the continuity of knowledge and experience that only our long-term employees can provide as we expand by adding fresh, new talent to the team.”
