Terex Environmental Equipment appointed Bill Hartford as the new global customer support manager with responsibility for all parts sales, technical service and support, warranty and training.
Hartford will work closely with the existing distributor network and customers to meet their overall parts and customer support needs.
Commenting on the appointment, Barry DeLau, general manager, said: “This is a key new appointment for Terex Environmental Equipment. This is a critical role for us. Our aggressive product development program and expanding distribution network will mean we need to continue to expand our world class customer support programs for our customers. Bill’s experience in the industry will be an asset to the Terex Environmental Equipment strategy of delivering class-leading customer support”
Hartford joins Terex Environmental Equipment from Morbark Industries Inc. where he spent a number of years in marketing before moving into the Aftermarkets Department. Bill has a wealth of experience in project management and in Enterprise Resource Planning.
Hartford graduated with a BS in Chemistry from Grand Valley State University, Michigan went on to complete an MBA at Central Michigan University.
