Doug Cowles, president and CEO of HMI, announced that HMI recently entered into a strategic alliance with DKI, the nation’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization. With this Alliance, HMI benefits from DKI’s streamlined claim assignment system and expanded commercial services. And DKI will take advantage of dedicated tree crews in HMI’s Authorized Member network following major weather events.
“HMI has been fortunate to support DKI’s insurance clients for over six years” said Cowles. “This alliance strengthens our relationship allowing us to confidently increase the number of Authorized Members committed to their residential and commercial insurance clients.” The Alliance is expected to significantly increase the number of residential and commercial property clients that HMI and the professional tree care companies in its network serve.
HMI is offering emergency tree removal services to DKI’s clients. Along with the Company’s full suite of consultative services including pre- and post-loss inspections, replacement cost valuations, etc. And DKI clients represent an additional market for our Authorized Members to offer treeShield, the tree care industry’s only insurance backed Service Warranty covering storm-related damage.
