ACRT, Inc., a utility vegetation management (UVM) consulting firm, announced the recent hiring and promotion of two business development managers to help elevate its sales strategy by nurturing existing clients and growing its customer base.
Returning to ACRT after a two-year hiatus, Joe Marshall will oversee business development efforts for the company’s Southeast region. Previously serving 14 years at ACRT in roles ranging from manager of sales and marketing to senior operations manager, Marshall now is a liaison to clients, helping to assess and meet customer needs.
Before reuniting with his ACRT family, Marshall was a senior manager with Signal 88 Security, based in nearby Hartville. He is a graduate of Malone University in Canton.
Bryan Durr, previously ACRT operations manager for the Southeast region, has been promoted to business development manager for the West region. In his new role, he will join the Western team to generate new business while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
Durr, a graduate of Hocking College in Nelsonville, joined ACRT in 2006.
“Under the leadership of Bryan and Joe, ACRT will continue to grow and thrive as an industry leader,” said ACRT President and CEO Michael Weidner. “We are fortunate to have them and are grateful they recognize the vast opportunities they have here.”
